Terms of Service

These example terms are a starting template — have counsel review before launch.

1. The service

Parola provides AI-assisted website generation and business-lead discovery. Features vary by plan and may evolve over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

3. Credits & billing

Plans include a monthly credit allowance. Website generation costs 2 credits; a lead search costs a flat 10 credits and returns every qualifying business found. Credits reset monthly and unused plan credits do not roll over. Add-on packs are one-time purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access through the end of the billing period.

4. Acceptable use

Use of lead data is governed by our Acceptable Use & Lead Data policy. You may not use Parola for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, or to build sites that infringe others' rights.

5. Your content

You own the content you provide and the sites generated for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and serve them.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
