Terms of Service
Last updated: July 11, 2026. These terms are the agreement between you and Parola (“Parola”, “we”, “us”) for the services at parola.pro and the site hosting at parola.site. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. We've kept them in plain English on purpose — if anything is unclear, ask us at hello@parola.pro before relying on your own interpretation.
1. The service
Parola provides business-lead discovery, AI-assisted website generation and editing, one-click publishing and hosting on parola.site subdomains, booking-form capture and delivery, and sales tools (client preview links, pitch templates, simple invoicing records). Features vary by plan and will evolve; we may add, change, or retire features, and where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes we'll give you advance notice.
2. Who may use Parola
You must be at least 18, able to form a binding contract, and provide accurate account information. You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. One person or entity per account; welcome credits are granted once per real, confirmed inbox — creating multiple accounts to farm free credits is a breach of these terms and we may remove such credits and accounts.
3. Credits
Parola runs on credits. The current price of each action (site generation, chat edit, lead search, Pro engine, AI imagery) is always shown in the app before you spend, and the canonical list lives on the pricing page. How credits behave:
- Plan credits refresh monthly: at the start of each cycle your plan's full monthly allowance is added to your balance. Anything left over from the previous month stays, so credits stack rather than reset, and a balance is never reduced.
- Purchased pack credits never expire and stay yours while your account exists, on any plan including Free.
- Welcome credits require a confirmed email address and are granted once per person.
- Credits are a prepaid license to use features — not money, not transferable between accounts, and carry no cash value.
- You're only charged credits when an action succeeds (e.g. a lead search that returns results, a generation that completes).
4. Plans, billing & cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically — monthly or annually, as chosen — until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Billing: you keep your paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to the Free plan. Credits you purchased as packs survive the downgrade. If we change a plan's price, we'll notify you at least 30 days before it affects your renewal. Taxes are added where the law requires.
5. Refunds
Credits that have been spent are not refundable — they paid for compute that already ran. For everything else we're reasonable people: if you were charged in error, double-charged, or hit a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within 14 days and we'll review in good faith. Nothing here limits refund rights that consumer law in your region guarantees you.
6. Your content — you own it, and you can sell it
You own the briefs you write and the websites Parola generates for you, including after you edit them. You may sell, transfer, or license generated sites to your clients — that's the point of the product. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate: to host, store, back up, display, and serve your content, and to process it with our AI provider to fulfil your requests. If you send us feedback, we can use it without obligation. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload or import.
7. Publishing, subdomains & the badge
Published sites live at a subdomain of parola.site (e.g. your-client.parola.site). Subdomains are allocated first-come while your site is published — they are a service feature, not property, and don't transfer outside Parola. We may reclaim a subdomain that impersonates another business or person, infringes a trademark, sits on a well-known name in bad faith, or hosts content that violates these terms. Sites published on Free and Starter plans carry a small “Made with Parola” badge; Growth and higher publish without it. Removing the badge by other means on a plan that includes it isn't permitted.
8. Client work is your business
Parola gives you tools; the freelance business you run with them is yours. You're solely responsible for your agreements with clients, the promises you make them, the prices you charge, and the outcome of your outreach. When you contact leads, you must comply with applicable law and our Acceptable Use & Lead Data policy — including anti-spam law (e.g. CAN-SPAM), honoring opt-outs, and never using automated calls or texts without the consent the law requires. Parola doesn't guarantee leads, sales, or income.
9. Booking data on your sites
When visitors submit booking forms on sites you publish, that data is collected on your behalf and delivered to the email you configure. For that data you (or the client you designate) are the controller: keep the recipient address accurate, handle submissions lawfully, and honor visitors' requests about their own data. Our Privacy Policy describes how we process it as your service provider.
10. Acceptable use
Don't use Parola for anything unlawful, deceptive, or abusive. Prohibited without limitation: sites that impersonate real businesses or people without authority; phishing, malware, or scam content; content that infringes copyright or trademarks; harassment or hate; circumventing the credit system, rate limits, or security controls; scraping the platform; reselling access to your account. The full policy is at Acceptable Use & Lead Data. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules — with notice where practicable, immediately where necessary.
11. Copyright complaints
If you believe a site hosted on parola.site infringes your copyright or trademark, email hello@parola.pro with the URL, the work at issue, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief. We review promptly, remove infringing content where appropriate, and terminate repeat infringers' accounts.
12. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings — published sites come down and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, are used fraudulently, or create legal risk; where practicable we'll warn you first. Sections that by nature survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
13. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated content can be imperfect — review every site before you pitch or sell it, especially claims, prices, and contact details. Lead data comes from third-party sources and may contain inaccuracies. We don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, though we work hard at both.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues; and our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or US$50 if you've paid nothing). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
15. Indemnity
You'll defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your sites, your client engagements, or your outreach — except to the extent we caused the problem.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we'll notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that date means you accept them. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
17. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Parola's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing anything, contact us — most issues get resolved with one honest email. Any dispute that can't be will be brought in the courts of that state, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
