Acceptable Use & Lead Data Policy
The Lead Generator exists to help you reach businesses that need what you offer — starting with a website. Used well, it's a superpower. This policy keeps it lawful and worth trusting.
Where lead data comes from
- Leads are sourced only from lawfully available business-contact data via licensed data providers and public business listings.
- We provide business contact information (company names, company phone numbers, business addresses) — not consumer data.
- We never fabricate businesses, phone numbers, or addresses.
Your responsibilities when contacting leads
- Comply with all applicable calling and messaging laws, including Do-Not-Call registries, the TCPA (US), and equivalent local rules.
- Comply with data-protection law (GDPR, CCPA and similar) when storing or processing lead data, including honoring objections to processing.
- No robocalls, spam, harassment, or misleading pitches. Identify yourself honestly.
- Anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, etc.) apply to any email outreach.
Opt-outs and removals
If a business asks you to stop contacting them, stop. Businesses may also request removal from Parola results entirely — removal requests are honored across the platform.
Prohibited uses
- Reselling raw lead data as a database.
- Using leads for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive campaigns.
- Building sites that impersonate others or infringe rights.
Violations can result in suspension or termination. When in doubt, ask support first — we'd rather help you do it right.
