- To bill subscriptions and credit packs.
- To send service messages (and marketing only with consent).
Lead data
Business-contact information in the Lead Generator is sourced from licensed, lawfully available business-data providers. We honor removal requests from listed businesses — see the Acceptable Use & Lead Data page.
Your rights
Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA and similar), you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data. Use the in-app settings or contact support.
Cookies & tracking
Parola uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Signing in stores an essential authentication token in your browser so you stay logged in, and we measure page visits with cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics that do not identify you or follow you across the web. Because nothing here requires consent banners under GDPR/ePrivacy guidance for essential storage, we don't show one.
Retention & security
We retain data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it after account deletion, except where law requires longer retention. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
