Are the leads real?
Yes. Parola sources leads from real, verified business-data providers — every lead is a real business with a real phone number. We never generate or invent lead data, and credits are only deducted after real results are returned.
How many leads does one search return?
All of them. A search scans an entire niche in your chosen location and returns every qualifying business we can find — typically 15 to 40, each with a verified phone number. You pay one flat price per search, not per lead, because cold calling takes volume.
What's a credit?
Credits are Parola's single, simple currency. Generating a complete website costs 2 credits (edits are 1). A lead search costs 10 credits and returns every matching business in the niche. Every plan refills your credits monthly, and paid plans can top up with add-on packs anytime.
Why do lead searches cost more than websites?
Websites are quick for AI to generate, so they're cheap. A lead search taps live, verified business data and hands you a whole niche's worth of companies to call — dozens of real phone numbers for 10 credits. It's the most valuable thing in the product, and one closed client pays for years of searches.
Do I need coding or design skills?
None at all. You describe the business in plain words and Parola designs the whole site from scratch — palette, typefaces, layout, photos. Edits are as simple as chatting — “make the header darker” works.
Can I use a custom domain?
Every site publishes instantly to a free live link named after the business — anyone can open it, no login. Connecting a client's own domain is a separate paid add-on (coming soon), not bundled into any plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like, right from Billing. No contracts, no cancellation fees, and your published sites stay live through the end of your billing period.
